Francisco E. Colón-Ramírez
For over twenty-five years Mr. Colón-Ramírez has represented multi-national companies, local business, and individuals, on trial and on appeal, in local and federal court. With extensive jury trial experience and a proven track record at trial and on appeal, in 2017 he founded Colón Ramírez LLC. In 2003, Mr. Colón-Ramírez was admitted to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and a Fellow of the American Bar Association. Subsequent to the COVID-19 pandemic he helped create the Puerto Rico Citizens Task Force and serves on its Editorial Board. Within the Task Force Mr. Colón-Ramírez helped developed a metrics-based system to quantify the COVID-19 risk in Puerto Rico as well as the government's ability to manage the pandemic, and helps provide data and advice in establishing public policies related to COVID-19.
